Q: How does this fundraiser work? A: During the month of April, the Wayzata Conservancy receives a portion of the proceeds from every Crew Car Wash purchased online through our dedicated link. You won’t be charged anything in addition to the cost of your wash. Just buying a car wash through the right link benefits the Conservancy automatically.
Q: Does it matter where I buy the wash? A: Yes. This is the most important detail. Proceeds only count when purchased through the Conservancy’s dedicated Crew link. Drive-up purchases at a Crew location, even during April, do not count toward the fundraiser. All purchases must be made online in advance.
Q: What washes are available, and how much do they cost? A: Three wash options are available through the fundraiser landing page: the Basic, Ultimate, and Ultimate 360. Washes range from $12–$29, so there’s a fit for every budget. Note: Unlimited plans are not available through the fundraiser page — only single washes.
Q: Can I buy multiple washes at once? A: Yes! You can purchase as many individual washes as you’d like through the landing page. There’s no limit, and since they never expire, it’s a great opportunity to stock up for the year.
Q: Do the washes expire? A: No. Crew washes never expire. Buy as many as you’d like in April and use them whenever you want throughout the year.
Q: How do I redeem my wash? A: After purchasing, you’ll receive an email with a link for each individual wash. Simply open the link (or print your barcode) and show the ticket to a Crew team member at any location.
Q: Can I give a wash as a gift? A: Absolutely! It’s easy. Once you receive your email confirmation, copy any individual wash link and send it via email or text. Or open the link, print it, and hand it off as a physical ticket. Since washes never expire, they’re a practical, flexible gift for anyone.
Q: Can I purchase a wash in person at a Crew location and have it count toward the fundraiser? A: Unfortunately, no. All qualifying purchases must be made online through the Conservancy’s dedicated link before arriving at a Crew location. If you’re already at Crew and want your purchase to count, team members there can help you complete the purchase on your phone.
Q: Where do the proceeds go? A: All funds raised support the Wayzata Conservancy’s Panoway project. It’s our ongoing work to restore and beautify Wayzata’s lakefront, including the Eco Park and the Sandvold Lakeshore Learning Center at the historic 1902 Section Foreman House.
Q: How long is the fundraiser active? A: The dedicated landing page is active April 1–30 only. There is no pre-purchase option, so all purchases must be made within that window to count toward the fundraiser total.
