MN 20th Anniversary 9.11 Memorial

Through your kind efforts the 9.11 memorial has been designed and installed along the shores of Lake Minnetonka.

In partnership with the City of Wayzata; honoring the 20th Anniversary of the tragic events of 9.11 we have installed the memorial monument in the new Plaza Park along the shores of Lake Minnetonka in downtown Wayzata. The space offers community members a place to remember and reflect, especially each year on September 11. This memorial honors one of Minnesota's native sons Gordy Aamoth Jr., and the lives of all victims of September 11th.

This tribute is a tangible reminder of our nation's collective strength and resolve.
